RETURNS POLICY

Unopened Products
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or damaged.

Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products unless they are faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Skin Sensitivity 
Individual skin reactions vary. Please patch test products before full use. Reactions do not constitute a product fault.

Treatment Preparation Products 
Products purchased as part of a skin preparation protocol should be used as recommended. Karen Betts cannot accept responsibility for semi-permanent makeup outcomes where preparation instructions have not been followed.

REFUND PROCESS
To initiate a refund please contact our team via 01977 526085 or via [email protected] to obtain a returns authorisation number.

Products will be returned at your own expense.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
